Umbrella Program

Benefits To Umbrella Students

The entire amount is due upon registration and the fee is non-refundable.

LEVEL A (K5-8th)

Cost: $150.00 (per student)

Benefits:

  • Standardized Achievement Testing (Grades K5 and above)
  • Student’s records kept in house, upon receipt from previous school or parent if homeschooled
  • Homeschool student attendance record provided, to be returned to CCA by the third week of May.
  • On campus teacher's lesson plans available for use. These are formatted for use by our on campus students only, make adjustments as you see fit.

LEVEL C (High School)

Cost: $400.00 (per High School Student, can be paid $200.00 per semester)

Benefits:

  • High School must use an encapsulated and/or CCA approved curriculum
  • Standardized Achievement Testing (Grades K5 and above)
  • Student’s records kept in house
  • On campus teacher's lesson plans available for use. These are formatted for use by our on campus students only, make adjustments as you see fit.
  • Report card supplied, to be completed by parent and returned to CCA records
  • Homeschool student attendance record provided, to be returned by the third week in May.
  • High School Diploma (can participate in ceremony if student was enrolled as a junior at CCA)
  • Guidance Counseling
  • Curriculum Review
  • 9 week review if needed

Responsibilities:

  • Students must not be truant.
  • Students must not be failing any classes.
  • Parents must be available on Monday through Friday for instruction.
  • Families must provide pastoral letter, and attend church regularly.
  • Grades must be turned in to CCA every 9 weeks.
  • Attendance form must be returned by the May 20th
  • Payment must be received by September 9th to be included on the registration form sent to the state, no umbrella students accepted after this date, unless already registered in a previous school.
  • Students found to be truant, failing, or in a situation of non-payment to CCA, will be required to withdraw and the superintendent of their specific school district will be notified.
