Crossroads Christian Academy Parent Rotation Calendar

All CCA families have agreed to participate in monthly rotation. This calendar will be posted 2 months ahead, to give all families time to arrange their schedules. Please keep this calendar with your other important papers. If there is a schedule conflict use the CCA telephone directory to find another parent to switch days with you, then call the CCA office to notify them of the change. If there is an emergency and you cannot do your assigned rotation duty, notify the office asap, and make arrangments for payment of the $40.00 fee. In some cases, circumstances may prohibit a few families from performing their parent rotation duty. Upon pre-approval, the yearly fee for opting out of the rotation duty is is $400.00 which can be paid up front, or $40.00 may be added to your monthly tution payment.
