Crossroads Christian Academy (CCA)

Financial Information

Application Fee: $100 per family

 

H.S. Tuition Information:

Registration Fee: $100 per Student, $200(after April 30th)

First Child:                $2700

Second Child:            $2600

Third Child:              $2450

 

7th – 8th Grade Tuition Information:

Registration Fee: $100 per Student, $200(after April 30th)

First Child:                $2450

Second Child:            $2350

Third Child:              $2200

Fourth Child:            $1250

 

K5 – 6th Grade Tuition Information:

Registration Fee: $75 per Student, $150(after April 30th)

First Child:                $2350

Second Child:            $2250

Third Child:              $2100

Fourth Child:            $1100

K4 Tuition Information

Registration Fee: $75 per Student, $150(after April 30th)

First Child:                $1500

 

Monthly Tuition Payment Plans:

 

The first tuition payment is due August 1, 2008 and subsequent payments are due the first of each month. A Tuition discount of 5% is awarded if the annual tuition fee is paid in full by August 1, 2008.

 

 

Registration Policies & Procedures:

1.      Download a Registration Packet containing all necessary forms.
2. Complete and return all forms along with a $100 application fee.
3. CCA will schedule a family interview. At the interview, the registration fee will be due upon acceptance.
4. Tuition payments are due at the first of each month, a $15.00 late fee will be charged and collected each month the tuition fee is late.
5. A Tuition discount of 5% is awarded if the annual tuition fee is paid in full by August 1, 2008.

UMBRELLA Plans:

The entire amount is due upon registration and the fee is non-refundable.

 

LEVEL A:

 

Cost:               $150.00 (per student) K5-8th

 

Benefits:         +  Standardized Achievement Testing (Grades K5 and above)

+  Student’s records kept in house, upon receipt from previous school or parent if homeschooled

+  Homeschool student attendance record provided, to be returned to CCA at the end of each school year.

                                   

LEVEL C:

 

Cost:              

                        $400.00(per High School Student) can be paid $200.00 per semester)

                        -High School must use an encapsulated curriculum

Benefits:         +  Standardized Achievement Testing (Grades K5 and above)

                        +  Student’s records kept in house

                        +  (Elementary) Open involvement in all CCA activities

                        +  (Elementary) Weekly lesson plans from teacher

+  Report card supplied, to be completed by parent and returned to CCA records

+  Homeschool student attendance record provided, to be returned to CCA at the end of each school year.

+High School Diploma (can participate in ceremony if student was enrolled as a junior at CCA)

+Guidance Counseling

+Curriculum Review

+9 week review if needed

 

-Students must not be truant.

-Students must not be failing any classes.

-Parents must be available on Monday through Friday for instruction.

-Families must provide pastoral letter, and attend church regularly.

-Grades must be turned in to CCA every 9 weeks. 

-Attendance form must be returned by the May 23rd

-Payment must be received by September 9th to be included on the registration form sent to the state, no umbrella students accepted after this date, unless already registered in a previous school.

Students found to be truant, failing, or in a situation of non-payment to CCA, will be required to withdraw and the superintendent of their specific school district will be notified.
